| Job Description: |
- Branch wise Record maintaining of PO raised in Excel File (Supplies Follow up for Timely Delivery)
- Timely availability of invoice according to RD payments plan (Duplicate invoices & original invoices)
- GRN compilation as per PO/DN by resolving GRN issues (Pending GRN/incomplete/Wrongly entered follow up with Branches)
- Rectification of Incorrect Invoices / Rate issue, incomplete supplies/Wrong Supplies /SRT
- Timely availability of ledgers from Vendors & submit to Account for Reconciliation share Tax Challan Certificate (Income Tax 0.4 ) to Vendor & receive Advance Income Tax 0.10 from Vendor
- Collection of Exemption Certificate from Vendor in case no deduction of Tax
- Ensure all adjustments (TAXES ,DEBIT NOTE AND UPDATED PAYMENTS Etc.) if highlighted by Fin/Account
- Get reconciliations duly signed Internally By Fin/Account and forward to vendor
- Share Sale report in case of buying on sale basis with accounts & Vendor also ØTo follow up accounts and finance for timely cheque availability and in case of delay reply vendor regarding lead time as per communicated by finance ØTo collect Cheque from finance & payment advice from account forward to vendor and get acknowledgement
