Job Description: |
The Marketing/Sales Coordinator cum Secretary will be responsible for:
- Multi-tasking with a “can-do” attitude
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate and follow-up with departments Heads/Managers and relevant persons.
- Maintaining calendar of all upcoming events.
- Helping the department/team to coordinate with internal & external customers.
- Well versed with computer use with an emphasis on Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Drafting letters and other documents.
- Active outgoing or incoming correspondence
- Take and relay accurate and timely messages from callers and answer queries where possible.
- Know-how of Travel Management/Arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintain records ensuring information is organized & easily accessible.
- Performing other duties as assigned or requested.
- Assist with the organizational support of day to day business office conduct.
