Responsibilities:

  • Implement creative and aggressive sales strategies.
  • Ability to follow and execute methodical and efficient sales penetration and follow up strategies and have a clear understanding of market needs and services.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and business insight.
  • Achieve/Exceed Sales goals as set by Management.
  • Aggressively implement formalized plans to gain and expand sales by positioning the organization as a “value-creating” service provider.
  • Responsible for driving significant business/sales by prospecting and lead/contact
  • Cultivation for assigned market segments.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process. Assist in negotiation, contract language, and pricing when required.
  • Fully present service offerings to new clients.
  • Keep Management informed by submitting/inputting into CRM system, activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
  • Relationship Management System.
  • Represent Company in the field in a manner consistent with company business principles and ethics. Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives and achievement of set goals.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 years of sales experience in facilities services or other related fields.
  • International Service Selling Experience.
  • Target the right audience
  • Ability to effectively pitch to the audience.
