Job Specifications:
- Handle inbound/outbound chats/emails from customers.
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong persuasive skills to international clients.
- Must possess tendency to retain pressure.

- Must possess the ability to retain clients.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized university.
Experience: Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Salary Package: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Support bonuses up to PKR 10,000/-, Double Compensation on Public Holidays, Referral Bonus.
