We are architect, design company and also serving in KWD and office furtniture. So, business development executive will be responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the company business. The role involves conventional marketing and traveling with active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills. The BD-Executive is expected to work on new business areas/markers, proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organization’s products/services. Actively assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Market visits and cold calls for new business leads
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients; maintain a database of prospective client
• Identify qualify, and secure business opportunities and deliver customized targeted sales strategies
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support, answer potential client questions
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Active and timely follow up of potential leads to convert it as successful business deals
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
