· Develop in depth understanding of project documents (SLA, LFA, budget, proposal) as well as business process / DIP for planning & implementation of project activities.
· Improve the livelihood of widowed families through development of skills that have demand in market as well as can generate income in a short span of time.
· Improve the access of widowed families to healthcare facilities by providing insurance (Takaful) and linkages with free healthcare facilities through strong referral mechanism.
· Establish career counselling mechanism throughout the project areas and provide merit based scholarship to most deserving students.
· Reactivation / formation of community groups at community level in coordination with existing CWDP team.
· Mobilize and strengthen the community groups at community level to raise voice for their rights through active engagement and linkages with line department.
· Perform quality & quantity assurance checks by paying regular visits to project target area to verify the work is performed in compliance with the plans and specifications.
· Lead on Identification & hiring of project team and interns while working in close collaboration with HR department.
· Responsible for management of project team (project officers, psychologist and interns etc), documentation of performance feedback, grievance handling and other day to day affairs where applicable.
· Take part in Takaful facility selection process by evaluating the proposal against specifications given in approved TORs as & when needed.
· Designing integrated work plans in collaboration with teams from other departments/thematic areas.
· Coordinate with internal (APM, CWDP Manager, other sector leads at CO & area level) & external (Clusters, contractors, public health department, other organization’s representatives working in project areas, community activists, COs, VOs and beneficiary households) stakeholders related to project and other matters of mutual interest.
· In place contingency plan to deal with external factors affecting or may affect the field activities
· Ensure preparation & record management of project activities.
· Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and other progress reports for management’s info.
· Ensure proper filling of forms & formats as per desired standard
· Extend support to MEAL / MIS / Communications staff for gathering desired information.
· Close coordination with line manager for effective implementation of project activities.

Bachelor / Masters degree in Social Science or Management Sciences
Experience:
Minimum experience of similar role in NGO setup:
6 Years with Master degree and/or 9 year with Bachelor degree
Computer Skills:
MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity
Language:
Urdu, English and local languages
