| Job Description: |
- This is home base job. Timming is 6pm to 3am night shift.
- Responsible for calling patients with appointments, giving the information for their due balance.
- Answer the telephone promptly and dealing with callers needs expeditors.
- Directs all calls appropriately, takes an accurate message and delivers to the appropriate individual.
- Demonstrates appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Ensure patients complete all required paperwork and assist them as needed.
- Enter new patient data in to our Electronic Medical Records system.
- Collect co-pays and other balance payments, maintain accountability for payments received, and report any discrepancies to practice leadership immediately.
- Answer phones, properly route calls, and retrieve messages.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure team success.
