The HR/Admin Manager will administer the company’s HR and Administration, duties includes but is not limited to:



  •  Human resource planning & staffing

  • Go-to person for all employee related issues.

  •  Designing performance appraisal system and benefit programs

  •  Working on building up the organizational culture and maintain good workplace behavior

  •  Laying down the organography in consultation with top management

  • Work with management in policymaking and Execution

  •  Working on relationship building of staff and organization

  •  Developing and implementing JDs and SOPs of each department

  • Managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

  • Issuance of letters

  • Handle the employees requests related to companies rules and regulations

  • Lead and execute HR strategies w.r.t. Reward and Recognition

  • Assist in handling complaints and grievance procedures

  • Conduct welcome orientation of newly hired employees

  • Write and maintain technical procedures, documentation of systems to maintain knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures for system administration

  • Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.

  • Handle daily routine operations.

  •   Familiar with employee management / office management software

  • To evaluate and allocate budget resources for supplies and equipment.


Requirements:



  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or a related subject

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skill

  • Ability to multi-task & work independently with little direction

  • Hard-working, determined and result-oriented

  • Proven HR related experience of 1 to 3 Years in ITor BPO industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
