Job Purpose
The HR Officer is responsible for assisting human resource operations including R&S, HR reporting, costs control, legal compliance and in HR budgeting and planning along with performance management.
Role and Responsibilities
- To assist Manager HR in implementing Change Management strategies, processes and intervention.
- To assist in development of policies and procedures related to R&S, HR operation, performance management and also improve / review the same in an ongoing basis.
- To assist in carrying out various HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Administration & Operations etc.
- To assist in maintaining of updated HR records including personal files, HRMIS and other necessary records.
- Attracting best talent from the market via job sourcing sites and other tools.
- Preparing job advertisements
- Partnering with HR Manager and other departments to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with Hiring Manager.
- Following and competing the recruitment & Selection process as per company policy.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
- Staying current on the company's organization structure and compensation and benefits policy.
- Completing documentation process for joining employees.
- Conducting successful negotiations with potential employees.
