Job Description: |
- Plan, evaluate, implement and continuously improve patient facilitation processes.
- Oversee and implement procedures for enhancing and continually improving the overall experience of patients and their attendent throughout the hospital.
- Ensure complaints are thoroughly assessed, that the issues involved are clarified with complainant at an early stage and that each complaint is managed based on its seriousness and nature.
- Handle aggressive patients/ attendants to effectively diffuse difficult situations by counseling and building relationships.
- Ensure maximum outreach to patients & their families aiming at improving patient services in light of their experience.
- Analysis and promptly responds to patient complaints.
- Liaison with other departments to ensure provision of seamless services to the patients.
- Assist and guide patients/attendants/visitors.
