Supervise all customer care department activities.

• Supervise and provides confidential administrative assistance to Customer care department
• Greets Clients/Visitors to maintain a professional image.
• Ensure Communication/coordination with all the representatives involved in Customer care department to allow the most effective flow of process.
• Ensure that customer care team is guiding and dealing with Client’s installments, transfers and refunds according to the standards.

Serves as a liaison with external institutions, other office executive with chairman.

• Supervise for customer care support till client’s presence in Al Bari premises.
• Escort client to the relevant floor/department/person through customer care team and as required.
• Supervise the team for clients with documents and receipts.
• Ensure that team is properly facilitating client at the time of booking or while depositing installments.
• Ensure that clients query is properly addressed and its forwarded to designated authority.
• Serves as a liaison of client with documentation, accounts and legal department.
• Supervise in coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given to Customer care department by the Chairman.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of experience in industry
