Job Description:

Responsible for managing recruitment & selection for all locations across KMBL’s network, HR projects that meet the department’s key strategic requirements and the creation of people analytics to empower managers and departments across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

1.Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage nationwide recruitment operations in close liaison with line managers and vendors to ensure recruitment KPIs are met on a monthly basis.
  • Review the existing & design new recruitment process and procedures (e.g. job applications, onboarding process etc.)
  • Review sourcing methods and ensure all relevant channels are being effectively utilized.
  • Keep track of key recruiting metrics & maintain service quality.
  • Supervise the recruitment team and provide support when required. 
  • Shortlist candidates for key positions within the Bank.
  • Coordinate with departments to forecast future needs and prepare recruitment budgets accordingly.
  • Effectively plan and execute employer branding campaigns on all platforms; develop creative ideas to promote KMBL’s employers as a preferred employer.
  • Supervise and ensure handing over of completed service record of all new joiners to service record desk.
  • Maintain & provide monthly reports for payroll (Permanent & Outsourced).

 2. HR Projects

  • Manage all HR projects, teams and key stakeholders to champion human resources initiatives.
  • Manage the schedule, scope, budget and alignment to intended outcomes at a project level.
  • Integrate and manage the program timeline by identifying all project internal & external interdependencies.
  • Apply project management principles and PMO practices to ensure consistency and quality of project management and portfolio.

3. People Analytics

  • Empower manager and departments across the Bank by providing high quality HR data, reporting, analyses and insights.
  • Architect, develop and automate data and analytics solutions, iteratively build and prototype models and dashboards to provide insights at scale.
  • Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights from data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations, using creative, structured and analytical thinking.
  • Create effective, scalable and intuitive reporting solutions.
  • Use analytical reasoning to identify problems and develop solutions that addresses customer needs.

Education

  • Master’s degree ideally in Human Resource Management or related field from a HEC recognized / overseas university.

Skills

  • Exceptional understanding of recruitment strategies, recruitment cycle and compensation practices.
  • Must be well-versed in SPSS, STATA, Python or RStudio for data analytics.
  • Should be able to analyze large amounts of data and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent strong understanding project management principles & their application.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Plan, organize & prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Be self-directed, motivated and take initiatives to proactively handle challenges.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Be able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.

Duration and Nature of Previous Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in recruitment, data analytics and HR projects. 

Candidates with HR Certifications & PMP will be given preference
