| Job Description: |
- Identify deficiencies in already implemented bank operational processes and recommend on making processes more effective.
- Needs to be well aware and ensure compliance with Bank operations and SBP/regulator policies and procedures.
- Review/update bank’s operation Manuals, Policies, Procedures as per submit subsequent amendments and SBP updates.
- Identify process for digitization and ensure implementation of the bank’s digital agenda and train the operations staff accordingly.
- Ensure update of SLAs/agreements related to bank Operations.
- Issuance/ Management of Internal Circulars as per any change in bank/SBP policy.
- Ensure the timely Submission & Reporting of Zakat to SBP.
- Correspondence with External Parties (Agent Banks/ Regulator/ Vendors) for smooth operations.
- Interaction with Internal Teams (Business/ IT/ Finance) for any development/enhancement in system.
- Ensure the end to end monitoring & implementation of any project pertains to bank Operation.
- Review of operations audit reports and ensure to solve the quires within the timelines.
- Implementation of reports and dashboards to monitor the whole activates bank operations and KPI’s.
- Well aware of Branch Banking Operations and identify gaps for making processes more effective, controlled and digital.
- Good knowledge of Branchless Banking and Payment systems regulations & operations.
- Ensure the staff training with reference to any update/amendment received from compliance/SBP on AML.
- Correspondence with SBP for with respect to currency management strategy, clearing operations, membership with NIFT and data reporting etc.
- Attend any meeting, course/ training on behalf of bank at SBP
