- SGC a leading company in Outdoor and In-store Media Solutions is looking for a HR Executive / HR Generalist to be placed at its Lahore office. The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Conduct orientation of new joiners
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance & Medical) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
