Job Description
- Maintain database of all activates with vendors.
- Negotiate with various vendors to secure a favorable deal.
- Coordinate with other team members to achieve assigned goals.
- Understanding and reporting category sales trends.
- Establish and maintained effective vendor relationships.
- Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email .
- Clearly and concisely relaying customer issues and feedback, along with your own ideas to improve the platform, to the development team.
- You will be responsible for regularly improving and refining the processes that you are involved in and are expected to take on new roles as the team at grows.

- Strong technical understanding of how websites and information systems work
