We are looking for call center agents  to work for a USA based company. The job positions are based in Lahore.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English Language and have an excellent command on the language & resourcing. Candidate must have the experience of working in call center/s. Our shift starts at 8pm till 5am (Monday to Friday) and Saturday is a half day

Salary: 30,000 to 60,000 PKR + Commission depending on experience

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Minimum 1-year call centre experience (USA  campaigns)
• Spoken English must be in the USA(or other Western) accent
• Must enjoy talking to people (via phone), as this role is all about people!

• Search capabilities with basic knowledge in using Google operators. Researching viral and competitor content relevant to our niche and websites
• Experience in writing versatile pieces of content encompassing blogs, website content, technical pieces, research papers, guides and promotional emails/ads etc.
• Capability to understand technologies related to cable, and tv and internet write up helpful content
• Writing content optimized for Search Engine/Social Media and suitable to different publishing platforms
• Ability to adapt writing style in accordance with the publishing platforms and tweak content until approvedThorugh knowledge of content marketing strategies, user funnels, personas etc.
• Keyword research capabilities on Google Keyword Planners, Moz, Sem Rush
• The incumbent should have the ability to liaise with team members and work his/her way through the different level of approvals
• The quest for knowledge and urgency to learn new marketing techniques and technologies is a must
