| Job Description: |
We are looking for a talented “HR Consultant” to lead a variety of consulting projects with core emphasizes on training and content development.
The ideal candidate should possess 7 to 9 years of HR experience with strong leadership skills to independently manage different projects. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of human resource practices with special emphasis on training and development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, revise, proofread and update training contents.
- Conduct training sessions for different projects and assignments.
- Advise management on various training projects.
- Manage multiple consulting projects.
- Conduct various surveys to make and upgrade training materials.
- Formulate HR strategic plans as per client’s requirements.
- Relationship building with current and prospective clients.
- Initiate business development activities and plans to increase client base.
