| Job Description: |
- Organization Analysis & identifying Organization Development needs
- Suggesting OD Interventions for Strategy, Structure, System & People Change
- Developing Corporate & business strategy & balanced scorecard (financial & non- financial goals ) for the organization
- Developing Departmental Structures & Job Descriptions, KPI’s aligned to Corporate & business Strategy
- Roll out a performance Management System Quarterly review of all individuals
- Designing Orientation Plan for each new hire and ensure its implementation
- Conducting Exit interviews and identifying the root causes for staff turnover and communicating management about the reasons and corrective and preventive solutions
- Identifying Training needs of the staff aligned to organizational goals
- Conducting trainings as per company’s needs
- Helping to develop training courses as per the company needs
- Designing Succession Plan of the critical resources and designing their developmental plans
- Developing& implementing policies, systems, procedures, SOP’s & Forms
- Identify organizational human resource needs keeping in view organizational strategy
- Developing recruitment & selection process aligned with organizational strategy & values
- Ensuring Orientation of new staff about company policies and culture
- Identify competitive compensation and benefits for the employees keeping in view the market trends
- Arranging employee engagement events and ensuring departmental relationship building through these events
- Managing employee grievance handling and ensuring conflict resolution among the employess
