Supervise daily warehouse operations including inventory management, stock control, and goods dispatching.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all warehouse activities (inward/outward movements).

Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.

Plan and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups in collaboration with logistics and procurement teams.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of stock according to company standards.

Manage and guide warehouse staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure discipline.

Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.

Prepare reports on warehouse status, stock levels, damages, shortages, etc., for management review.

Coordinate maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse facility and equipment.

Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.

Bachelor’s degree, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in warehousing or a related field.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of warehouse software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) and MS Office.

Good communication and team management skills.
