What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the South region Lead a team of Sales Officers/Executives to ensure effective coverage and performance Identify new market opportunities and potential business channels Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly Ensure the effective implementation of trade promotions and merchandising activities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners Conduct regular field visits to monitor market coverage and team activities Provide timely sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing structures
What We’re Looking For
MBA/Master’s in Marketing or a related field 6–8 years of experience in marketing and sales (retail industry) or related field Strong leadership and team management skills with experience handling regional teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools Must be willing to travel extensively within the South region |
