Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon.ae, Noon.com, 3rd party, and other relevant e-commerce platforms

Ensure all listings are SEO-optimized, accurate, and visually appealing (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, pricing)

Handle daily operations including inventory updates, stock sync, and product availability

Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and returns management

Track order status, dispatch timelines, cancellations, and customer complaints

Monitor account health, customer feedback, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies

Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend actions for improvement

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE e-commerce policies, platform algorithm changes, and marketplace best practices

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon.ae, Noon.com, and other UAE-based platforms

Strong understanding of the UAE e-commerce market, logistics, and fulfillment processes

Proficient with seller portals: Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, etc.

Experience in listing management, keyword optimization, and troubleshooting account or listing issues

Good knowledge of inventory control, stock syncing, and order tracking tools

Strong coordination and communication skills (with internal teams, customers, and logistics providers)

Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
