| Job Description: |
- Supervise and monitor real-time CCTV surveillance footage across multiple branch locations
- Review and archive CCTV recordings when required for audit, investigation, or compliance purposes
- Ensure all CCTV cameras and equipment are working efficiently and report technical issues to IT
- Coordinate with branch management and security teams during suspicious activity or emergencies
- Prepare daily and weekly incident and monitoring reports for Head Office
- Maintain backup of footage as per SOP and ensure data confidentiality
- Train and guide monitoring staff (if any) to ensure high-level vigilance
- Report any violations of company policy, security breaches, or irregular activities immediately
- Maintain record of maintenance schedules and system upgrades
